Poor sophie features a hard time managing her anger when she has got to share gorilla together with her sister. It’s a visually interesting book to point out how big her feelings get and the way it’s when she calms down again.
2 : When I Feel Angry by Cornelia Maude Spelman Book
It explains how various things can cause you to angry, which feeling angry is an expected a part of life, but it’s what you are doing when you’re angry that matters.
3 : Don’t Rant and Rave on Wednesdays by Adolph Moser Book
It mentions the consequences of having unchecked anger, and acknowledges that adults struggle with this too. A large a part of the book explains different strategies kids can use to precise anger during a safe way, which i feel is great.
4 : How to Take The Grrrr Out of Anger by Elizabeth Verdick and Marjorie Lisovskis Book
I love using this book for teenagers who are having a tough time managing being angry. I typically read one chapter at a time with the youngsters and work on a number of the strategies listed within the book
